Returns and Exchanges

At ZODA®, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we've created a hassle-free return and exchange policy that reflects our dedication to customer service and our warrior spirit.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 15-Day Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different colour or size. For a different product, please return the original item and repurchase the desired item.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories: Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • International Returns: For international orders, please email us at hello@zoda.sg  to initiate a return.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Gift Cards: Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Return Methods

  • Courier Pick-Up: We offer courier pick-up for a fee of $12 SGD, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Self-Shipping: You can also ship the item back to us using your preferred tracked mailing method. Please note that you are responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Additional Notes

  • Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement.
